How can I place my order?

You may send us an inquiry or contact us directly. Our dedicated professional staff will follow up with you within 24 hours.

What about the MOQ?

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 100 pieces per style, with a minimum of 30 pieces required for each color.

What is the delivery time?

The lead time for sample orders is typically 7–15 days, and 25–45 days for bulk orders. The exact delivery timeline depends on your order quantity and shipping address.

What are your payment terms?

A 30%–50% advance deposit is required upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance to be paid in full prior to shipment.

What sizes can you make?

For our wholesale line, we currently offer One Size (OS). For custom orders, garments are produced based on your specified measurements.

Do you offer customization services?

We provide both ODM and OEM customization services. You may select the appropriate option based on your specific requirements.

Do you offer free samples?

Sample fees need to be paid in advance, and will be credited towards your order when you place a bulk order.

Which shipping carriers do you use for sample orders?

We usually ship samples via DHL, FedEx and UPS.
If you have your own freight forwarder, we can also deliver the samples to your forwarder’s warehouse.

What are the modes of transportation?

We typically offer three shipping options: sea freight, air freight and rail freight. The specific shipping method is determined by your shipping address. If you need expedited shipping for your order, you may contact us after placing your order to state your requirements. Please note that all additional costs incurred from expedited shipping shall be borne by you.
